• 1st and 2nd dose vaccine 12+
• Booster Doses.

Preparing for your Covid-19 Vaccination
Do not attend for vaccination if you are showing symptoms of Covid-19:
• High temperature
• Sore throat
• Loss of taste or smell
• New cough
When attending vaccination please ensure you have the following documentation
• Your previous Covid 19 vaccination history
• PPSN number
• Eircode
• Face mask
• Loose fitting clothes
