Grants Pharmacy is a vibrant, family run, independent, small pharmacy chain committed to excellence in customer service. We are currently seeking to hire 2 part/full time Pharmacy Technicians.

Arklow - part/full time Pharmacy technician or experienced FOS assistant who has dispensary experience.

Southern Cross Road, Bray - part/full time Pharmacy tecnicain or experienced dispenser.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Pharmacist in the day to day running of the dispensary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with all healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for all daily orders for assigned accounts, they must be processed in a timely manner, ready for the pharmacist check.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ensure all monthly orders are returned to the pharmacy and processed before the weekly deadline.
• Follow up any queries with GP’s
• Have a good knowledge of and follow company SOP’s.
• Seeking to increase customer satisfaction at all times.
• Work as part of a team, as well as supporting all team members.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have a recognised Pharmacy Technician or Dispensing Technician Qualification
• Have previous Pharmacy Technician Experience in a busy pharmacy setting.
• Have accurate data entry skills with strong management and organisational skills
• Essential to be able to read, write, and speak English fluently with excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Must be flexible and proactive to meet varied patient needs including willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment
• Should be self-motivated and able to work independently with an excellent attention to detail.
